If I were a contestant on American Idol I'm pretty sure Simon would use his infamous insult, "
forgettable", to classify me.
Over the last few weeks I scheduled two guest lectures (one at the high school and one at an elementary school) and an in-service. I scheduled each of the lessons at least a month out and called a few days before to remind the teachers & staff that I was coming. Just so you know, when you're as "forgettable" as I am these efforts are in vain. That's right, every single teacher/manager I had scheduled a lesson with FORGOT. I felt like a huge idiot walking in and having to explain why I was there.
Does anyone have any tips on how
I can become Less Forgettable?

Aw Sarah, I'm sorry. I don't forget you, I love you " ) I guess you could always do something different to your beautiful hair, color or whatever, that is what I do when I feel "forgettable" I think the real reason is that these are people we are talking about and people forget.
Oh! and can you tell me how you did the fancy divider for your post's and also the different font styles?! I can't find how to do it on my blog, I love it on yours though so I want to do it. Help me "/
That is lame, I am sorry. Maybe bring organizers as handouts to your appointments. :)
I am sorry that happened to you. As a teacher I will tell you 2 things that help me remember what is coming up and if someone is coming. First is you said you called that is great but at least at my school e-mails are used way more often also then they have something they can print off and have on thier wall or desk. The other goes along with that and it is a flyer or half sheet of what you will be doing so they have it in thier hands. I sure hope this helps and that you will have better sucess next time.
I am sorry Sarah, you are very memorable to me!! I am with Bethany, I want to be able to do all the cute stuff you did on your blog, I tried on my own, but was unsuccessful...maybe you could write a blog post about it? Love you!
Don't take it personally!!!! I'm sure your presentation left them in awe! You are awesome Sarah!
Well I think that next time you should slap them in the face! They are sure to not forget that!! Seriously though, YOU are awesome.
