My little bro, Andrew, had a birthday on Wednesday.
To celebrate the fam decided to head our way so we
could play hard at Hogle Zoo.
**WARNING**
Picture Overload
I have yet to meet a kid that does not love
playing with this GIANT watery ball.
This summer the zoo has gone "Zoorassic".
All throughout the zoo there are several
very impressive robotic dinosaurs.
Miles thought they were pretty awesome.
Watch out this one spits!
Watching Miles get so excited about the animals
never seems to get old. I love watching him as
he explores and learns!
The zoo is adding a new attraction
(something to do with water, I can't really remember).
The point is there were tractors; big ones, real ones,
and some perfect Miles sized ones.
He wasn't quite coordinated or strong enough
to maneuver the arms himself.
Mom to the rescue.
My mother very lovingly pointed out that it
is a good thing I was wearing black shoes
otherwise you wouldn't be able to tell where
the sand stopped and my legs began.
Haha...She's totally right. So I apologize
for blinding you, but come on, they're not
gonna get any darker hiding under my jeans.

When I stopped performing to Miles' high standards
Uncle Andy had to step in.
How cute is my kid?
We stopped for lunch by the carousel and Miles
just had to have a ride. Lucky for him he has
Grandpa (and Grandma) wrapped around his
adorable little finger.
I can't decide who had more fun; Miles or Grandpa?
Thanks Grandpa!
How cute is my kid?
Love, Love, Love this picture!
I lost count of how many times Miles said,
"Blast oss adain Drampa"
I already have so many pictures on here that I decided not
to post the million and one pictures taken of the animals.
But, I had to share this one.
Only because we laughed really hard when Gabe
took one look at him and said, "He looks like a homeless man."

Miles riding on a dinosaur tail.
Note to self: skip the greenhouse or whatever it is next time...
it's humid/sticky, stinky, and they have COCKROACHES!
but the waterfall was fun.
My super awesome parents!
Thanks for coming down to spend the day with us!
This is the best family picture we got.
Miles doesn't cooperate for the camera very well,
especially since he prefers to be behind the lens.
As seen in our baseball game post Miles LOVES trains.
And as mentioned earlier in this post, Miles is super spoiled.
Put the two together and what do you get?
A ride on the Zoofari Express.
After our train ride we headed to Discovery Land and...
the playground.
I mean really, what outdoor excursion is complete without
a trip to the playground?
Big thanks to by super terrific family for a
a super terrific day!

Last, but not least. My sister Morgan was behind the camera
all day (which is why I have so many awesome pictures) so
we don't have any of her. Except...
this one. Hehe. Thanks sister!
