ARE YOU HERE TO STAY?
I have been waiting for this day with great anticipation. I will be the first to admit that I loathe winter. However, bringing Miles home in January has m
ade this winter a littler more tolerable. The early months went by fast because we were anxiously awaiting his birth and these last few months have flown by because I have been so busy with Miles & school.Today I put Miles in the Baby Bjorn and we went on a nice long walk - he was fast asleep in about 5 minutes. It felt so nice to finally leave my prison (I mean home) and soak up so
me rays. After our walk I had to go to the bank and then I decided we should take the long way home, so we went for a drive up the canyon. I think he was awake cause he was making all kinds of noises (happy noises, not grumpy noises for once), but I can't be sure. As we past first dam, the nature trail, and all the campgrounds I got all excited. I kept picturing in my mind all the fun times we will have next summer. Feeding the ducks, going on adventures, feeling the grass, playing tag/chase...oh, I can't wait!Just as a side note, Miles absolutely loves his bink but he can't for the life of him figure out how to keep it in his mouth for more than a minute. Which means we get to play the, "I'll spit it out you put it back in" game a lot. Its a really fun game :).
