Gabe's first father's day was a success! He loved his gift and the praises he received ALL day long.
He's such a good Daddy (and husband), he deserved a special day. I think the biggest event of the day was when we (and a bunch of other new parents) had to sing in sacrament meeting. I know what you're thinking, "wait a minute...the Lucero's don't sing!?" That's right, we don't sing - we lip sync ;).
All in all it was a really great day. I am so grateful to Gabe and my Dad, for all they do for me and everything they sacrifice for their families.

What did you get Gabe for a gift? (Besides Miles). Being the last minute kinda person I am, I completely forgot about father's day until Sunday nite, found an old birthday card in a drawer, crossed out the birthday wish poem in it, wrote in happy father's day, and put it in the mail this morning. My poor dad. I gave Lorin's dad some cabbage out of the garden. I'm not so good with sentimental holidays...
I love fathers day too. Dads are the best!
That is great I am happy for him... I love pictures of dads holding their babies. We went and saw The Proposal it was really funny, however they did show a little too much skin in a couple places.
Those are such cute pictures of Gabe with Miles! Fathers day is so fun! Thank goodness for these men in our lives!
