Project #1: Topiaries
As you can see here our mantel needs some help.
I fell in love with this design

so I decided it's time get crafty.
Especially since similar store bought topiaries can cost $40-$70!
I think I like the short, fluffy one better. What about you?

Project #2: Comforter/Throw Pillows
We have had the same quilt/comforter on our bed for 7 years!
Don't worry it's been washed.
It was a wedding gift and we've been too cheap to buy one
and I've been to chicken to attempt to make a new one on my own.
I've been digg'n white lately and think a white comforter with
throw pillows in any of these patterns could really make my heart happy.

Project #3: Finish Painting Dresser
Our new apartment is quite a bit smaller than our last one,
therefore creating problems with our furniture arrangements.
We had a jumbo console table (seen here)
that we used as our tv stand in the old place.
Well, in this lovely new apartment the only cable outlet is
in a corner, a corner that is much too tight for our last stand.
So we decided to take one of our old dressers, refinish/paint it
and then use it for a tv stand.
Unfortunately, after we got half way finished I decided that I
really didn't like the color we chose. So it was back to Lowe's to
pick something different (yes, Gabe was annoyed).
I forgot to take before pictures, but here's what I did snap
to give you an idea of what I'm talking about.

Then we plan on adding some simple hardware to finish the look.
Project #4: Family & Temple Photos
I have a large clock (which Gabe & I built together) and two mirrors
hanging above the fireplace. I really like the clean lines of the black frames,
but decided the mirrors weren't doing it for me.
I want something softer, warmer and more sentimental.
I don't have any pictures to demonstrate my vision, so you'll
just have to wait until the project is finished.
what's on your crafty/project to-do-list?

looks like some good projects. Miles is getting so big, I love the pictures of him with Gabe on the bridge.
I wish I had time to do crafty projects. I started a quilt and then I found out I was pregnant with Annie. After that I was either too sick or too tired to work on it. Now I'm just too tired to do much of anything except chase three kids around. It looks like some fun projects you're working on. I definately love the idea of a white comforter with pillows you can change out.
I'm no where near as crafty as you, congrats on some beautiful projects!! You always had a great looking apartment and I'm sure you'll make this one fashionably gorgeous as well. :)
