Spray it on Me

My Mom bought us this Ikea step stool when we first moved to Salt Lake.
It is super duper and not a day has gone by since it moved in that it hasn't been used.
It's extra tall, perfect for little kitchen helpers and teeth-brushing time.
Since it is in constant use around these parts it's light color began to show some major signs of wear love.

I convinced Miles to let me spray paint it by telling him he could pick the color and help me with the painting.
Oh man was he excited. We headed to Lowe's to pick any color of the rainbow (I was secretly nervous he'd pick hot pink or something crazy).  He selected Valspar's Tropical Oasis Blue. It was a color I could definitely live with. He could hardly wait to get home and start painting.

How You Do'n?
Does anyone else totally think Joey Tribiany (?Spelling) from Friends when you look at this picture?

What a fun project with my little man. The stool looks fabulous by the way. I love the color. Maybe I'll have to post after pictures sometime.
