Pillow Power

I have had a major craft itch lately.
To scratch it I decided my very drab bedroom
could use a little pizzazz.

So I found a tutorial (found here) about making throw
pillows out of cloth napkins. Yes, you heard me right,
I said cloth napkins.

I decided that it was worth a shot. I already had two 20"x 20"
throw pillows that I could use as the "stuffing" not to mention a set
of four napkins at Targeh is only about 8 buckaroos.

Then the other day my mom gave me some fabric with a little
more color that nicely accented what I already had.
Thus another pillow was born.
I wanted something a little more frilly
so I tied some ribbon around it to finish the look.

I don't have a sewing machine so I used no sew hem tape
to make all three pillows. Couldn't have been easier.

I am quite pleased with the end result.

You'll need:
4, 20x20" cloth napkins (or fabric cut to desired dimensions)
No sew hem tape
Pillow form (or other ugly throw pillows you have lying around)
Ironing board and an Iron
