So, apparently having kids makes life move in fast forward. This last four weeks has been the fastest month of my life! I honestly feel like it was no more than a week ago that I was sitting in my doctors office begging her to let me go upstairs and have this baby.He is growing so fast and changing so much already. When he looks at us now we can tell that he is really looking at us. He still flails around and most movements seem involuntary, but he is gradually gaining control each day. It is so amazing to watch him learn and grow. It is so amazing how much I love this little guy (even though he spends most of his day crying right now).
Now that my month is up I have to head back to school. It will be a bitter sweet moment. I have loved being home with him and hate the thought of leaving him, but will find some relief in getting out of the house and back to something that feels "normal".

What a sweet little smile. You look great by the way. Kids do speed life up. They grow so fast. Do you have a swing. We are going to come up for Miles blessing I could lend you my little portable one if you want. It really helped me out a lot. i wrapped Leah up tight and let her swing away. Let me know if you want me to bring it. I think Jacob and his girlfriend Ashley are coming too. Just FYI.

I feel so bad for you that Miles cries so much! Some babies are just alot more vocal I guess. I looked up "Colic" on wikipedia, and it said that most babies grow out of it.It was a good article, read it sometime. Good luck with goin' back to school, is your mom going to watch Miles?
